What is the difference between vol. 1 and vol. 2?

If I have not done vol. 1, can I still do vol. 2? 

YES! The workouts do not need to go in a specific order. You can for sure jump directly into version 2 of the guide :)

Will I be working directly with Gabby?

As much as I would love to do 1 on 1 training, I do not have time to give my full attention to everyone. Currently I offer workout guides with enough information for you to complete them on your own.  You can always email me if you have questions about the guides at gabby.scheyen@gmail.com :)

Do I need to have access to a gym to complete the guides?

Yes. I practise what I preach. My progress was achieved solely through working out at a gym so that is what my plans reflect. You will see the best results with going to the gym, I promise!

How long will I have access to the guides?

Forever! They are sent as eBooks in PDF format. Once you purchase a guide, it is yours. You do not receive a hardcopy, only an online version. This can be downloaded onto iBooks on iPhone.

My guide won't open, what do I do?

If the PDF does not work, try sending the document to yourself via email. Then open it through that email. If this doesn't work, email me!

How long will it take me to see progress?

This is completely different for everyone. It depends on your starting point, your experience, your diet, your dedication, and how hard you work. If you don't put in the work, you won't see results. 

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the products (eBooks) unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
