Gabby Gains Guide
This plan includes:
- 8 weeks of weight training (5-6 days per week) with 2 phases
- Substitutions for exercises so you can do ALL WORKOUTS with only dumbbells & barbells.
- Photos and descriptions of all exercises with form tips
- Cardio options/suggestions and how to periodize it. Information, examples, and how to perform:
- HIIT (high intensity interval training)
- LISS (low intensity steady state)
- Circuit training suggestions
- Nutritional guidance and tips on the following:
- What are macronutrients? Do I need to track my macros and count calories?
- How to calculate macros (formula)
- Intuitive eating
- Best protein, carbohydrate, and fat sources
- Sample meal plan
- Supplementation suggestions
- What to do once the plan is complete (continue fat loss? build muscle? What do I do after the 8 weeks?)
